Ask any enthusiast about their MOSFETs and they'll probably pause for
a second before telling you just how hot they can get.
Chaintech address this source of heat
which can work to raise the overall temperature of the case by placing
a special heatpipe embedded aluminum heatsink on top (screwed in place).
The copper heatpipe in the bottom of the cast aluminum
heatsink remains in direct contact with the MOSFETs, and works to transfer the heat more evenly to the aluminum component
which is actively cooled by a small 30x30mm fan that exhausts through a
vent in the I/O shield.
Chaintech cool the
nForce3 150 chipset with a medium sized passive aluminum heatsink and they place a gold-plated
piece of metal on top of. While it does look very snazzy, we
would have preferred to have seen a fan actively cooling the chipset instead.
On the bundled software side of things, the
Zenith ZNF3-150 includes Pro-Magic 6.0, Image It 3.0 and Norton Anti Virus 2003. I'm
sure that even the most experienced users will find these applications handy.

Extra Stuff Included
Chaintech include a very
useful utility drive bay with the Zenith motherboard, called the CBox3.
The CBox3 has an
integrated Compact Flash/MicroDrive reader, a memory stick/ Secure Digital/multimedia card/Smart Media
reader, IEEE 1394 port, two USB 2.0 ports, MIC and headphone jacks and lastly
the extremely useful Port 80 diagnostics card built right in.
