Hands on with the MSI P67A-GD65 Motherboard

Dual PCI Express 2.0 x16 videocard slots operate in x16 and x8 mode. There are three PCI Express x1 slots and two PCI for legacy devices

The red USB 2.0 header supports the MSI "Super Charger" USB charging feature while the computer is in an off state. The board also has one set of USB 3.0 headers.

Four SATA III 6GB/s ports, four SATA 3GB/s ports

The Intel P67 chipset natively supports two SATA 6GB/s and four SATA 3GB/s connections. MSI adds a JMicron controller to expand the number of SATA ports available.

The four DDR3 memory slots will accommodate up to 16GB (64-bit OS) of dual channel DDR3-2133(OC)/1600(OC)/1333/1066 memory. MSI provide enthusiasts with voltage check points in this corner of the motherboard as well. Small jumpers are inserted to facilitate measuring with a multimeter the following: CPU, CPU_VTT, CPU_SA, DDR, PCH voltages.
