The 133MHz SO-DIMM was designed for use in PC notebooks such as those using Transmeta's Crusoe CPU, expected to be widely adopted for future generations of Intel Pentium III based notebook PCs. Available in memory sizes of 64MB, 128MB and 256MB, the Unigen 133MHz SO-DIMM solution offers low CAS latency -- a value of 2 compared with the industry standard of 3 -- and low RAS cycle time -- 37ns compared to 45ns offered by competitors. "The next generation of PC notebooks will require the high level of speed offered by the 133MHz SO-DIMM.
