Albatron KX400-8XV Pro KT400 Motherboard Review - PCSTATS

Look into the BIOS

Albatron uses the Phoenix bios for their motherboard, it takes a few minutes to get use to but it's just as powerful as the Award BIOS's that we have become accustomed to.

We have all the usual memory and AGP tweaks we would expect from a performance motherboard.

In the Frequency/Voltage Control we have our FSB adjustments and we can increase the FSB up to 250 MHz in 1 MHz increments. We have a whole slew of memory ratio but we set the memory to run in sync with the FSB. CPU voltage can go as high as 1.85V, the AGP maxes out at 1.8V and the DDR at 2.8V.
