AquaMark
is another DirectX 8 benchmark. Using vertex shaders, any card that is DirectX8
compatible will not just have a huge speed boost, the image will also look
better. Default test has 24 MB worth of textures.
Because
the memory is clocked lower on the MSI FX5600-VTDR128, it performs just a tad
slower than the Albatron GeForceFX 5600P Turbo. Overall it's quite slow though
even at 1024x768.
As the
resolution goes up, all the budget videocards start to lag quite badly.
