To access the Advanced Chipset Features, one
must first push CTRL and F1. Inside we can see that Gigabyte allows
the user full control of their memory settings.
We see not just the usual CAS Latency
adjustments but here we also have things like Write Recovery Time, DRAM Burst
Length and DRAM tWTR! Fun for the tweaker!
It
would have been nice for Gigabyte to integrate multiplier control into the BIOS instead of having DIP
switches. FSB can be tuned from 100-254 MHz FSB in 1 MHz increments, you can run the
memory at or slower then the FSB.
CPU voltage can go as high as 10% above stock, AGP 1.8V and memory can be raised
to 2.8V. And now for some benchmarks!
