AquaMark3 is a powerful tool to determine
reliable information about the gaming performance of a computer system. Because
the benchmark extensively utilizes DirectX9, DirectX8 and DirectX7
functionality, it represents the requirements of typical gaming applications in
2003 and 2004.

For some reason the i875P/i865PE chipset based boards have a bit
more CPU power than either the SiS 655FX or VIA PT880 reference chipsets. Not a
big deal though as overall performance is essentially
identical.
Quake III Arena is a First Person Shooter (FPS)
that revolutionized gaming as we know it. Using multiple light sources and
having graphics textures that can fill videocards.
