CodeCretures requires a fully compatible DirectX 8 videocard
with preferably 128 MB of RAM to store textures. Codecreatures utilizes vertex
as well as pixel shaders to run their tests.
At 1024x768
we see that the Gigabyte GV-NX57128D rounds out the bottom of the list
along with the MSI PCX570-TD128 videocard. The GeForcePCX 5750's are the
most mainstream GPUs in this lineup, so it is not surprising.
As the resolution is turned up 1600x1200, the GeForcePCX
5750-based GV-NX57128D start to slow down quite a bit. Overclocking boosts the
frame rates only a little.
