AquaMark3
is a powerful tool to determine reliable information about the gaming
performance of computer systems. Because the benchmark extensively utilizes
DirectX9, DirectX8 and DirectX7 functionality, it represents the requirements of
typical gaming applications in 2003 and 2004.

Performance
of the ASRock 775V88 is very good here in AquaMark3 as well. It's the slowest,
but by a small enough margin that when you're gaming, you probably would not
notice the difference.
The
Comanche 4 benchmark demo is a unique test as it represents a real-world gaming
experience. It contains the single player "Eagle's Talon" mission from the game
as well as a detailed cinematic. This DirectX 8.1 benchmark demo will measure
your system's performance in the standard frames per second format. The
benchmark was run with audio disabled.

The ASRock
775V88 is quite a bit slower than the high end Gigabyte GA-8ANXP-D motherboard,
but is comparable to the 915P and i875P based motherboards. The lower memory
performance and bandwidth of the motherboard undoubtedly contributes to the gap
here.
