At stock speeds the Patriot PDC32G1866LLK DDR3-1866
memory performs like all the other DDR3 memory modules, but overclocked it has a
lot more bandwidth available while having lower latencies.

Source: RARLabs |
|
This
command generates random data, which contain specially introduced redundancy
increasing load to processor and memory. Then data are passed through RAR
compression and decompression algorithms and output of decompression algorithm
is compared with source data. If any difference found, WinRAR reports "Errors
found - Yes" in the command window. Also WinRAR displays a size of processed
data and compression speed, current and resulting, in kilobytes per second. You
may use the resulting speed value to compare RAR performance in different
conditions.

When overclocked the Patriot PDC32G1866LLK really
outperforms the other DDR3 memory. At stock speeds, the results are as
expected.
PCMark®
Vantage is the first objective hardware performance benchmark for PCs running 32
and 64 bit versions of Windows Vista. PCMark Vantage is perfectly suited for
benchmarking any type of Windows Vista PC from multi media home entertainment
systems and laptops to dedicated workstations and hi-end gaming rigs. Regardless
of whether the benchmarker is an artist or an IT Professional, PCMark Vantage
shows the user where their system soars or falls flat, and how to get the most
performance possible out of their hardware. PCMark Vantage is easy enough for
even the most casual enthusiast to use yet supports in-depth, professional
industry grade testing.

PCMark Vantage results are in line with what we expect,
at stock speeds performance between the various DDR3 memory modules are the
same, overclocking gives the PDC32G1866LLK DDR3-1866 memory score a nice
boost.
