942Mhz is the clear and obvious winner in the CPU benchmark...

Ditto for the CPU MultiMedia
Benchmarks...

The memory performance is the
major shortcoming for the VIA chipsets... let's see how the CAS-3 module
performed...

Unfortunately the CAS3 module
could not beat the Athlon reference system, however a score of 324/374 is not
bad at all. Remember this is with a cheap, CAS3 rated module. A CAS2
module would do quite a bit better, perhaps even besting the Athlon reference
system.
Time to focus on the
overall impression of this Asus CUV4X.....
