While not as exciting a review as others, this is a solid product. For a street price of $24.95 right off Belkin's site, you really get a bargain deal. They get high scores all across the board for design, aesthetics, and originality. I am thankful for the graphite color though, as the other ones, except maybe purple, could get you beat down like a knock-kneed schoolgirl at a frag fest or other such testosterone laden event.
The two places they lost a point in this case are for the same reason. The software interface could have included the option of a PS2 rate adjustment tool in case you wanted to forego the use of USB. It's usually reserved for gamers, but a nice addition I would have liked to see and felt that it could have improved slightly on an already great product. Still, a 4.6 out of 5 on a new rating system ain't all bad. With the other great line of products Belkin currently offers, and new items to come, they are really on the ball for offering the buying public what they want. Hopefully we'll get the chance to see how their mouse acts with their soon to be released USB KVM switch...(James, buddy, you listening???) That's all for today kids, enjoy the rest of your week.
