The benefits of moving to a flatscreen are more than just power savings. At only 25watts during
normal operation, and 3 watts during standby, the 570S TFT is a power-sensitive, and produces drastically
less heat than a similarly sized CRT. I also find it
is a bit easier on the eyes after many hours of computer work.
Radiation issues, however slight they might be with CRT displays are also completely negated with
