Inside the BIOS:

ECS provides an exhaustive set of BIOS options in the H67H2-M motherboard that allow users to control how the motherboard communicates with peripherals, IGP graphics and so forth. Unfortunately, overclocking options are pretty much absent from this UEFI BIOS.

In the video options we can change the amount of memory assigned to the IGP, from 128MB and 256MB.

Processor options are pretty much limited to whether Intel Turbo Boost is enabled, or not. Some power options allow control over how efficient the board is, if I'm understanding this correctly.

ECS' motherboards have always had a pretty good set of features, it's just that the Intel H67by design, doesn't support much in the way of overclocking. It's not possible to change the CPU multiplier for example. Some memory settings are also available.
