AquaMark is another DirectX 8 benchmark. Using vertex shaders, any card that is DirectX8 compatible will not just have a huge speed boost, the image will also look better. Default test has 24 MB worth of textures.

Again all the cards are faster then the reference nVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB, and that is also why the Prolink comes in ahead of the other cards. It seems like memory bandwidth is more important to the videocards then a higher core speed in this benchmark.

As we turn up the resolution, we see that the Prolink is the fastest thanks to higher memory clocks.
