SysMark2002 is more of an extension of SysMark2001
rather then a whole new benchmark. The applications used during testing have
been updated and most importantly for AMD users, the new SysMark2002 uses the
Windows Media Encoder 7.1 which supports the AthlonXP's SSE
instructions.
Stock
performance of the K7N-Ultra S is very good as it's just as fast as the Epox
8RGA+. Overclocking does not do much in terms of performance.

Business Winstone 2002 is a system-level, application-based
benchmark that measures a PC's overall performance when running today's
top-selling Windows-based 32-bit applications on Windows 98, Windows 2000 (SP6
or later), Windows Me, or Windows XP. Business Winstone doesn't mimic what these packages
do; it runs real applications through a series
of scripted activities and uses the time a
PC takes to complete those activities to produce its performance
scores.
Content Creation Winstone 2002 is a
system-level, application-based benchmark that measures a PC's overall
performance when running top, Windows-based, 32-bit, content creation
applications on Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, or Windows
XP.
Here we see that the K7N-Ultra S at stock speeds is just as
fast as the Epox 8RGA+. Overclocking lowers performance because of the lower
overall CPU speed in Business Winstone 2002.
