WinBench 99 is a
subsystem-level benchmark that measures the performance of a PC's graphics,
disk, and video subsystems in a Windows environment. WinBench 99's tests can run
on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows Me
systems.
If you're
working with HDD intensive applications the Gigabyte GA-8S655FX Ultra is a board
you should definitely consider. It's fast, very fast.
HyperStreaming certainly does it job well here - and I'll bet you thought
is was just going to be another faceless marketing term?

The Gigabyte GA-8S655FX Ultra is providing i875P
type bandwidth and that's excellent. SiS has certainly gone a long way the last
little while.
