The GeForceFX 5900XT GPU has basically been equipped
with some slower memory, and priced it at about half of what a regular
GeForceFX 5900 goes for.

Benchmark: AquaMark 2.3
AquaMark
is another DirectX 8 benchmark. Using vertex shaders, any card that is DirectX8
compatible will not just have a huge speed boost, the image will also look
better. Default test has 24 MB worth of textures.
At
1024x768 the overclocked MSI FX5900XT-VTD128 is able to beat the GeForceFX 5950
Ultra as well as the Radeon 9800XT! Performance at stock speeds is still very
impressive.
Due to a
lower overall memory speed, the MSI FX5900XT-VTD128 does not have quite as much
bandwidth as the more expensive 5900 Ultra or 5950 Ultra. That's why it starts
to lag behind a bit. Still performance is very good, it's in line with the ATi
Radeon 9800 Pro.
