The card is based on the ATI Radeon X600XT graphics processor, which allows it to bridge the gap between PC and home entertainment with a little thing we like to call 'HDTV.'

Benchmarks: AquaMark 2.3
AquaMark
is another DirectX 8 benchmark. Using vertex shaders, any card that is DirectX8
compatible will not just have a huge speed boost, the image will also look
better. Default test has 24 MB worth of textures.
At stock
speeds the Asus eXtreme EAX600XT is playable at 1024x768. When overclocked,
1280x1024 resolutions should be good. 1600x1200 is a bit out of reach of this
mainstream card although.
