Looking at the guts of the system

The PCMCIA adapter cable connects the Baby DVD to the PCMCIA port of just about any portable computer without the need for external power cables.
The USB adapter cable makes it possible to hook the Baby DVD up to the home or office PC quickly.

The first thing we did when our drive arrived was to go out and rent a few DVD's. The 'exhaustive' testing then began. On a side note, the USB wire is curiously labeled....... makes you wonder what the astronauts use to watch movies up there ;-)
