MSI give end users a whole bunch of memory tweaks to toy with in the K8N Neo3-F BIOS. From
regular CAS Latency, RAS to CAS and row Precharge to Row to Row delay, Read to
Write delay and Refresh period, it's all there. Tweakers will be in here for quite some time
figuring out what works best with their systems.
In the 'Cell
Menu' we find the motherboard's overclocking options. Dynamic overclocking is disabled by default, and was
kept disabled throughout testing. MSI allow users to change the motherboard clock
frequency from 200-400 in 1 MHz increments. HyperTransport is set to 4x by
default but during testing we had no problems running it at 1 GHz. CPU clock
multiplier adjustments are available depending on your processor. The maximum CPU
voltage is 1.55V, DDR voltage 2.85V and NF4 chipset voltage 1.85V.

pcstats has upgraded its test platform with a
couple of 74gb western digital WD740
Raptor hard drives, replacing the trusty 40GB WD IDE HDDs as test drives.
Please keep that in mind when viewing the office and disk benchmarks.
