3DMark06 is the worldwide standard in advanced 3D game performance benchmarking. 3DMark06 reacts very similarly to 3DMark05 when it comes to the hardware in a PC. In the overall portion of the benchmark, we find the results are all very close platform to platform. The CPU section is where the Asus M2N32SLI-DLX and its nForce 590 SLI chipset really shines.

Real-time editing, bump mapping, static lights, network system, integrated physics system, shaders, shadows, and a dynamic music system are just some of the state of-the-art features that the CryENGINE offers. The game was set to Ultra quality and the Ubisoft's Regulator demo was run.

It's interesting to note that the Foxconn C51XEM2AA (nForce 590 SLI) motherboard is slightly faster than the Asus M2N32SLI-DLX based on the same chipset. Traditionally, Asus motherboards have performed slightly higher than the pack. In any case, the numbers are still very high and gamers will be quite happy with the results.
