To access the
Advanced Chipset Features, you must first press CTRL + F1 simultaneously. Once
inside, there are a whole bunch of memory/HT related options which will keep the tweaker busy for a long time.
You can adjust the HyperTransport frequency from 600-1 GHz in speed while adjusting
the data width up and downstream between 8 and 16 bits. As you
can see there are also a ton of memory options.
In
the Frequency/Voltage Control section, we have several options including motherboard speed frequency. It can be increased
from 200-210MHz in 1/2 MHz steppings 210-230 MHz in 1 MHz steppings
and 230-250 MHz in 2 MHz intervals. There are also spread spectrum options for CPU, SATA
and PCI Express.
Voltage options
allow users to go as high as 0.2V+ for the processor, 0.3V+ for the AGP, 0.3V+
for HyperTransport and 0.2V+ for memory. We would have liked to have
seen multiplier controls on the GA-K8NXP-9, but there were none. Next up, benchmarks for this
nForce 4 motherboard!
