Just above the CPU socket are a set of jumpers, changing them determines whether you're using the onboard GMA3000 Intel videocard, or a stand alone videocard installed into the PCI Express x16 slot.
Note the location of the yellow videocard slot, it's at the edge of the motherboard so you cannot install
videocards with dual slot heatsinks. Even if you leave the shell off, the
aluminum chassis still gets in the way. Shuttle should reverse the PCI and PCI Express x16 slot locations. That way, you could at least install a dual-slot cooler videocard if you wanted and sacrifice the PCI slot.
Shuttle does an excellent job at routing the
cables within the XPC SG33G50 system. It uses a large array of cable
clips and zip ties to keep the inside of the case clean and organized. All the
data and power cables are in the appropriate space, you do not have to route
anything around.

250W power supply is about all that is visible from the other

Only the custom Shuttle heatsink is compatible with the mounting holes around the Intel LGA775 CPU socket. That shouldn't be a problem since no other heatsink will physically fit with the SFF system, and the unit Shuttle provide is quiet and effective. Installation is easy, just don't forget to plug in the PWM fan cord.
