Next, bring the second lever arm back as far as it will
go to release the top metal load plate.
With the top metal load plate now unlocked, push the
first metal lever arm down a little to pop the top metal load plate up so you
can grab the corner with your finger.
Pull the top metal load plate up to expose the LGA2011
socket.
Flip the top metal load plate back as far as it will go
so it's out of the way. Do not remove the protective plastic cover at this time,
it will naturally pop itself off a little later when the CPU is in place.
