MSI K8D-1U: This pure-bread 1U server board is a departure from the ATX
severboards MSI had on display at Computex 2003 in Taipei. The K8D-1U is based
on the AMD 8131 and 8111 chipsets, and includes onboard graphics care of an ATI
Rage XL (8MB memory) chip. The board supports up to two socket 940
Opteron processors and 12GB of Registered DDR. Along with two PCI-X slots,
we find a MiniPCI port, twin GbE LAN jacks, ATA133, USB2.0 and
single channel U320 SCSI.

SL-K8MAV-R: Based on the VIA K8M800 and VT8237 southbridge, the
K8MAV-R from Soltek includes onboard graphics care of the K8M800 VIA
chipset. The socket 754 Athlon64 board operates at 800MHz FSB,
and includes AGP8X, DDR400 support, USB2.0, 6 channel audio, ATA133, 10/100
LAN and Serial ATA RAID among its list of features.
Soltek
SL-K8AN-RL: The K8AN-RL is the only Soltek socket 754 Athlon64
motherboard built with the nvidia NF3 150 chipset. Considering that there are
three versions with various chipsets from VIA, this is somewhat interesting.
Perhaps manufactures are flocking to VIA because of the K8T800's performance
gains, or simply because the chipset costs less? In any case the board features
the CrushK8 chipset which brings a long list of common features to the table
for socket 754 Athlon64 processors. The goodies include AGP8X, dual channel
DDR400, USB2.0, 6 channel audio, 10/100 LAN, ATA133 and Serial ATA
RAID.
