CodeCreatures requires a fully compatible DirectX 8
videocard, preferably with 128 MB of RAM to store textures. Codecreatures
utilizes vertex as well as pixel shaders to run its tests.

In
Codecreatures the Gigabyte GV-NX66T128D is able to out perform the previous
generation's top-end cards. It's nice to see that nVIDIA is packing adequate
power into its mainstream products. Also encouraging was the fact that, while
the Geforce 6600GT lost out to the Radeon X700-based card at the lowest
resolution, it came back to surpass that card on the high-res tests. This shows
that the 6600GT has some staying power. We'll see how it performs on AA/AF tests
a little later. Overclocking did not help much here, so don't bother if this is
your game.
